HAESF's Executive Education program, endowed by U.S. Treasury funds, provides fully funded Fellowships of varying length to distinguished mid-level and senior-level Hungarian professionals. Fellows come from the business, public, and nonprofit sectors, and participate in executive education programs offered by Harvard University.

The program promotes the acquisition of theoretical know-how through courses held at Harvards's John F. Kennedy School of Government. Participants further enhance and develop their careers while advancing the interests of their home institution or company, thereby improving Hungary's development.
