Candidates of the Executive Education program must first apply to HAESF prior to applying to the respective course or program at Harvard University. Applications and proposals will be evaluated twice yearly based on the timeline below. Because course start dates vary and the time required to obtain a visa can be lengthy, candidates are encouraged to apply as early in advance as possible.

Successful candidates who have been approved by HAESF will then have to apply to and be admitted to the proposed Harvard course. Participants will be responsible for completing and submitting all Harvard application forms in a timely and accurate manner. Ultimately, however, HAESF cannot guarantee acceptance or admissions to any course or program.
