The program is open to mid-level and senior-level Hungarian professionals in business, public administration, non-profit organizations and academia. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. degree, or have at least five years professional experience, or significant relevant experience.

Senior Fellows are responsible for independently establishing contacts, securing a host organization and developing and submitting project proposals, implementation plans, and formulating a budget proposal.

Eligibility Requirements

• Applicants must hold a Hungarian passport.
• Level of English must be sufficient to perform in a native English-speaking work environment.
• Relatives and immediate family members of the HAESF employees, HAESF Advisory Board and HAEF Board are not eligible to apply.
